The curtain opens this this weekend for the Strong PTO drama club’s production of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid Jr.” The show is directed by Southington High School senior Eddie Vitcavage and is performed by Strong students. Performances will be held on Friday, Feb. 26 and Saturday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m., at Kennedy Middle School. Tickets cost $5. Above, Cate Sheldrick, as Ariel, belts out one of the familiar tunes.
